Creating a Blogger Template - Part 1

Today, I'll start to create or perhaps modify an existing Blogger template. I really wanted to have a blog with book-like animated pages so I searched the web and found a few options for what I want.

One of them is to use Flash. The free versions looked nice when created and viewed offline but when you upload it online, the page takes too long to load. On top of that, Flash is quite annoying on low-powered devices. The second option used Javascript and HTML only and I think it is the better option. It isn't as fancy as the Flash option but I could live with one less eye-candy.
